About Me

Hi, I’m Mandy — founder of SoulShift Awakening

For as long as I can remember, I’ve experienced life differently.

I’ve always been deeply intuitive, emotionally sensitive and able to pick up on people’s emotions, energy and situations before they even speak. Since childhood, I’ve experienced strong intuition, deep empathy and what many people describe as a natural psychic ability.

People have often opened up to me within minutes of meeting me, telling me things they’ve never shared before. I naturally seem to feel what others are carrying emotionally and energetically — which is what first led me towards healing work, intuitive readings and emotional support.

My own journey wasn’t easy…

For many years I navigated trauma, anxiety, addiction, difficult relationships and emotional overwhelm. I reached a point where I knew something had to change — and getting sober 8 years ago became the start of a profound healing and spiritual awakening journey.

That journey eventually led me to India — what I thought would simply be a trip became one of the most transformational experiences of my life. I experienced a deep spiritual reconnection and found myself naturally drawn toward healing, intuitive guidance and helping others emotionally.

Since then, my intuition, sensitivity and connection to spirit has only become stronger.

Why I work the way I do

I am trauma-informed — meaning I understand how trauma, pain and patterns stay stored in the body and mind.

I am not just a therapist who learned from books — I have lived this path.

Every tool, every insight, every bit of support I offer comes from what I have learned, healed and grown through myself.
